- Body and Structural Features
The cabinet body is manufactured from 1 mm thick galvanized steel with epoxy-based electrostatic powder coating. The work surface is made of 1 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and durability. The side panels and front covers are constructed from 10 mm thick transparent, UV-impermeable, antibacterial plexiglass. The front working window features a two-stage, upward-folding design. Covered hose and cable pass-through ports are provided on the side panels. - Filtration and Ventilation System
The system is equipped with a 6 µm coarse pre-filter and a medical-grade H14 HEPA filter with 0.3 µm pore size and 99.9995% efficiency. Controlled and safe airflow is ensured by a ventilation fan with a capacity of 1050 m³/h. User-adjustable ventilation grilles are located on the rear baffle of the working area. - Control, Lighting, and Sterilization
The cabinet is operated via a TFT digital control panel. The working area includes a UV-C type ultraviolet sterilization lamp and daylight-type LED lighting that provides uniform illumination. The HEPA filter and UV lamp each have a service life of 1500 hours; usage durations can be monitored via the counter on the control panel. - Electrical and Equipment Details
The working area is equipped with two 220V 16A IP54-rated covered sockets and one pipette holder rack. The system can operate with a 220V 50Hz single-phase power supply or via a UPS electrical system.
